A LITTLE ABOUT ME

In 1990 I left India, my homeland, and moved to Arizona.

It was an incredibly life altering decision and one that would send me on a path to helping others in a way that truly lights my soul on fire.

I was a school teacher for over 2 decades and in that time, my deeply rooted fascination for the mind continued to develop into my life’s mission and my life’s purpose.

To lead with love and to help end suffering of the mind. To turn pain, into power…

As a teacher, I was always fascinated by how children’s minds worked. The pure thought and the way they used their minds with no real limits was something that I was deeply connected to and continue to be connected to even now, years after my teacher career has ended.

The subconscious mind intrigues me, it always has.

My father was a brilliant man and as such, made sure to spark my critical thinking at a very young age.  He gave me my very first book on the subconscious at the age of 8.  “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind”, by Joseph Murphy. Who knew this was going to lead me here…God did:).

Why I Became a Coach
MY STORY

When I came to America in the 90's, it took time for me to adjust to my new way of life. From the culture, to my role as a new bride, and into motherhood, I had a lot to process.

Throughout that time in my life I started to experience migraines, back pain and even hip issues. Things got so bad that I had to undergo back surgery, but it wasn’t until I explored my own mind and body connection that I found relief.

I knew it was time for me to take a closer look at my own subconscious programming, I knew, intuitively, that that was where I needed to start my journey.

Not only was I suffering, but my daughter was too. She had a persistent migraine that no one could help her with, this was another reason that led me to alternative healing.

In 2008, my mother passed.  She was the beacon of our family, our north star.  She taught me about intergrity, love, the ability to see the beauty in everything.

Her passing took me down a dark road I wasn't familiar with.  It truly rocked my world, bringing me to my knees.

Once again, I was faced with a choice in how I was going to live my life. Was I going to stay stuck in my own depression or was I going to find a way to peace and joy that I craved? I chose peace...I chose joy.

I also chose to continue my learning. I was obsessed with finding out what made people behave the way they did, why they did what seemed like the opposite of peace and joy, what was keeping THEM stuck?

All roads kept leading me here, to service of others in the most loving way I know.

I studied NLP, became a Master NLP Practioner, clinical Hypnotherapist, and finally earned my certification in Rapid Transformational Therapy.

It has been from this place that I have had the most joy and the most peace.

It has been from this place that I have seen the deepest connections and the deepest healing for the people I serve.

It is from this place I am here today.

I know you can heal, whether it's physcial, mental, or spirtual, I believe in my whole being that you can find that peace too.

Come with me while I help you go from 'Pain To Power' together.

In service,
